I ...Thanks Trish, I'm going to mull this over. I also use a forward SP setting and increase the cap .75.
My T's do still have some twist that looks like I need more cap height, but increasing it more just doesn't seem right to me. There already is a little pouf at the back of the armscye that drives me batty. So I may already have too much cap overall. I know a one piece sleeve is going to have some twist, but I'd like it to be a little less.Dalenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-304223297100890808.post-22803746258715464002012-09-12T00:36:14.345-05:002012-09-12T00:36:14.345-05:00Before, my "normal" was 0.5...a forward ...Before, my "normal" was 0.5...a forward setting.

The final sleeve I used here was set at Shoulder Point = zero.

Next time, the Shoulder Point will be set at either -0.125 or -0.25...but either way, the front shoulder tip will be slightly higher than the back when the neck points are aligned.

I know...crazy.Trishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17770453004031593722noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-304223297100890808.post-86399108108111908172012-09-11T23:04:32.357-05:002012-09-11T23:04:32.357-05:00Oh I see you had SP originally at .5 and then move...Oh I see you had SP originally at .5 and then moved it back .5, is that right?Dalenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-304223297100890808.post-77634175986423116052012-09-11T23:01:24.357-05:002012-09-11T23:01:24.357-05:00Girl, there are no white flags in your sewing room...Girl, there are no white flags in your sewing room. No wadders left behind! I admire your determination :)
This story has everything, I laughed, I cried...
FWIW, the resulting top is lovely and is going to get lots of wear, I'm sure.
So can you tell us what your normal SP setting is and what you changed it to? This intrigues me. Oh...now we have intrigue!!Dalenoreply@blogger.com
